What could be better than a day with your neighbors, good food and laughter? Come out to One Lake’s first-ever Block Party to enjoy an array of fun festivities with delicious eats from Smoke Doctor BBQ, a live DJ, chalk painting, basket pong, cornhole and so much more. Plus, you’ll get to learn more about what neighborhood builders are doing to show their appreciation for the homeowners who bring new buyers into this incredible community. The event will take place on the left-hand side of Lake Trail, so homeowners will have total privacy, and no one will be impacted by street closures. We’re excited to have everyone participate in this special homeowner happening, and we hope to make it an annual event!
